Richa Bansal
Over the years, while teaching and interacting with hundreds of students, she observed a recurring pattern, many students were choosing careers based on limited awareness or external pressure, rather than genuine interest or understanding. This insight became the foundation of her transition into career counselling.
Richa brings a unique blend of perspectives to her work, as an educator, a practitioner, and a parent. Her ability to understand both student challenges and parental expectations allows her to guide families towards balanced and informed decisions. With additional expertise such as DISA (AIR 3), authorship of an Information Technology book, and certification as a Handwriting Analyst, she combines structured thinking with personalized mentoring to help students move forward with clarity and confidence.
