Need for Counselling

About Crinkle Eyes

Your Direction. Your Career. Your Future.
Crinkle Eyes was founded with a clear purpose, to bring awareness, structure, and clarity to career decision-making, especially for students from smaller cities who often lack access to the right guidance. The idea emerged from years of experience in teaching and mentoring, where it became evident that students and even parents were unaware of the wide range of career opportunities available today.
At Crinkle Eyes, career decisions are not based on assumptions or trends, but on structured evaluation and thoughtful guidance. The approach combines assessments, one-on-one counselling, and practical insights to help students understand their strengths, explore suitable career paths, and make informed choices.

About Richa Bansal

A Certified Global Career Counsellor

Richa Bansal’s journey into career counselling is deeply rooted in both experience and personal understanding. A Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience, she has spent her professional life not only practicing in the field but also teaching and mentoring students pursuing commerce and professional courses like CA. As a partner in a Chartered Accountant firm and a dedicated educator, her work has always been closely connected to shaping student journeys.

Her own career path, however, was not always straightforward. Coming from a science background in school, Richa found herself unsure about the right direction, with limited access to guidance. What followed was a phase of exploration, from considering engineering to moving into commerce, and eventually finding her path in Chartered Accountancy. This experience shaped her belief that students do not lack capability, but often lack the right exposure and direction.

Need for Counseling

Choosing a career is no longer a straightforward decision, especially when awareness is limited and options are constantly evolving. Richa Bansal believes that many students don’t struggle because they lack ability, but because they lack the right exposure and guidance at the right time.

Breaking the “limited options” mindset

Many commerce students grow up believing their choices are restricted to CA, CS, or MBA. This narrow understanding often leads them to pursue paths that may not truly align with their interests or strengths.
